CLIFF was an idea for a chatbot that would help young people living with cystic fibrosis. The icon of the dog was meant to represent the caring, companionship a dog embodies so naturally. Paired with the tagline ‘a little help for life with CF’ the brand felt warm, approachable and dependable. CLIFF could offer tips to help with travel, lifestyle and diet - all things that people with CF struggle with on a day to day basis.
Though the chat bot never made it to market, the development of CLIFF was a rewarding exercise in branding.
